Trade accounts
Who can open a Biolush trade account?
We supply businesses only, including physical shops, online stores, marketplace sellers, beauty professionals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors. We don’t sell to the public.
How do I apply?
Fill in the short form on our Trade Account page. It takes about two minutes. There’s no charge to apply.
How long does approval take?
We review every application personally and usually reply within 1–2 working days. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to set your password and log in.
Why can’t I see prices?
Our prices are wholesale trade prices, so they’re only shown to approved trade customers who are logged in. Log in or apply for an account to see them.
Do I need a company number or VAT number?
No. A company number helps us approve you faster, but sole traders and new businesses are welcome to apply.
Products & stock
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All our stock is supplied through an authorised distribution partner. We never sell copies or grey-market products.
Which brands do you stock?
Our range includes Korean favourites such as Medicube, Celimax, COSRX, Round Lab, Torriden, SKIN1004, Centellian 24 and Arencia, plus global brands such as Laneige, Fino, Shiseido and Marvis. See the full list on our Brands page.
Can you get a brand or product you don’t list?
Often, yes. Our range is wider than the website shows. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll check availability.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order quantities can vary by brand and product. Any minimum is shown on the product, or our team will confirm it when you order.
Orders, payment & delivery
How do I pay?
Approved customers can pay securely by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer. Any other payment terms are agreed with you before an order is processed.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We dispatch from UK stock by tracked courier to addresses across the United Kingdom.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges vary with the size, weight and destination of each order, so we quote them individually. After you place your order, our team will email you the delivery charge to confirm before dispatch. You can pay it by card payment link or bank transfer.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders are dispatched promptly from our UK stock. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location, courier and stock availability. See Delivery & Returns.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right. Returns must be agreed with us first.
Do you sell to customers outside the UK?
At the moment we only supply businesses in the United Kingdom.
